License Agreement
Usage rights and intellectual property guidelines for our digital assets.
This license governs the use of training modules, source code, and research papers provided by Kian Technologies.
1. Grant of License
Kian Technologies grants enrolled students a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the provided materials solely for personal learning and non-commercial research purposes.
2. Restrictions
Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Modifying, copying, or distributing the training materials or proprietary tools.
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software/tool provided in the labs.
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the content on any other server.
3. Open Source Components
Some tools used in our training (like Kali Linux tools, Wireshark, etc.) are governed by their respective open-source licenses (GPL, MIT, Apache). Kian Technologies does not claim ownership over these third-party tools.
4. Termination
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Kian Technologies at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The materials are provided "as is". Kian Technologies makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
